Cancellation, refund & chargeback policy

1. General Terms
By accessing and using Asymmetric services, you agree to this Cancellation, Refund & Chargeback Policy, which provides clarity on subscription cancellations, refunds, and chargeback disputes.
This Policy applies to all paid memberships, subscriptions, and one-time purchases associated with Asymmetric and Champs Only LLC, including but not limited to those processed through Fanbasis, Stripe, Whop, or any other third-party billing platform.
2. Email and Free Newsletter Subscribers
Members subscribed to our free email lists may opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any Asymmetric email.
Unsubscribing from one email list does not guarantee removal from all communications. Members may continue receiving transactional emails or may still be subscribed to other Asymmetric-affiliated lists.

3. Paid Membership Cancellations
a. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Asymmetric members may cancel their paid subscription at any time by following the appropriate process based on the platform they subscribed through (Fanbasis, Stripe, Whop, or other). If you experience issues canceling, please contact the relevant billing platform's customer support or open a support ticket in the Asymmetric Discord for assistance.
It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure cancellation is completed before the next billing cycle. Asymmetric is not responsible for cancellations that fail to process due to user error, technical issues with third-party platforms, or any other reason.
b. What Happens After Cancellation
- Access to premium content, channels, Tools, and features continues until the end of the current billing cycle. After the end of the billing cycle, the account is downgraded to a free or limited tier.
- Your membership will not renew, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Founding member rates, locked-in pricing, and any associated benefits are forfeited upon cancellation and may not be reinstated.
- After downgrade, the account may retain access to limited community features and email updates.
4. Refund Policy
a. No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. By purchasing an Asymmetric subscription or any other service, you acknowledge that refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Early cancellation before the end of a billing cycle.
- Unused time remaining in a subscription period.
- Dissatisfaction with the service, content, market analyses, or community.
- Trading losses, account restrictions, or platform actions taken by Kalshi, Polygun, or any other third-party platform.
- Failure to use the service or take advantage of features.
- Change in personal circumstances, including but not limited to relocation, regulatory changes affecting eligibility, financial hardship, or loss of interest.
- Errors in self-served cancellation processes.
b. Founding Member Rate and Promotional Pricing Refunds
Founding member rates, locked-in annual rates, and other promotional pricing are non-refundable. By purchasing at a promotional rate, you acknowledge that the rate is offered as a one-time opportunity and that the no-refund policy applies fully, except where required by applicable law.
5. Chargeback Disputes
Any chargeback initiated against Asymmetric will be contested to the fullest extent permitted by law. By subscribing to or purchasing any Asymmetric service, you expressly agree to waive your right to initiate chargebacks for any membership fees, subscription charges, or other amounts paid to Asymmetric, except where such waiver is not enforceable under applicable law.
If a chargeback is attempted:
- Your account will be permanently banned from all Asymmetric services.
- You will be prohibited from rejoining under any new account, alias, email, or identifier.
- Founding member status, locked-in pricing, and any associated benefits are forfeited and forever ineligible for reinstatement.
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action, collection efforts, and recovery of all costs (including legal fees, dispute fees, and processing fees) related to fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.
- We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to credit bureaus, fraud databases, and applicable authorities.
6. Policy Updates & Contact Information
Asymmetric reserves the right to modify this Cancellation, Refund & Chargeback Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our Site, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
