This Privacy Policy describes how Champs Only LLC (collectively “Asymmetric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and discloses personal information of individuals who visit our Site, subscribe to our email newsletter, join our paid online community hosted on Discord, use any of our Tools, or otherwise interact with our services. By accessing, registering for, or using any Asymmetric service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
a. Information You Provide Directly
When you sign up for our email newsletter, register for the Asymmetric Discord, purchase a subscription, or otherwise interact with our services, we collect information you voluntarily provide, including but not limited to:
- Name
- Email address
- Discord username and Discord user ID
- Payment information (collected and processed by our third-party billing providers; we do not store full payment card data)
- Billing address
- Information you provide in support tickets, surveys, or customer service interactions
b. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our Site or use our Tools, we may automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Device type, browser type, operating system
- Pages viewed, time spent on pages, click data
- Referring website or source
- Cookie and tracking-pixel data (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar)
- Discord activity within the Asymmetric server (channel views, messages, voice activity, role assignments)
c. Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third-party services we use, including but not limited to billing platforms (Fanbasis, Stripe, Whop), email service providers (Kit), Discord, analytics providers, and affiliate platforms. This may include payment status, subscription history, engagement metrics, and similar.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Providing access to the Asymmetric community, Site, Tools, and any services you subscribe to.
- Verifying membership eligibility, processing payments, and managing accounts.
- Communicating updates, support responses, transactional messages, important notices, and promotional content related to Asymmetric services.
- Personalizing content and improving user experience.
- Enforcing our community guidelines, Terms of Service, and other policies.
- Analyzing usage patterns to improve our services, content, and Tools.
- Preventing fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and unauthorized access.
- Complying with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
- Marketing, advertising, and promoting Asymmetric services, including via email and digital advertising platforms.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
a. Service Providers
We share personal information with third-party service providers who assist in operating our Site, processing payments, managing email communications, providing analytics, hosting our community (Discord), and providing other services. While we take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle data appropriately, we are not responsible for their actions, security practices, or compliance failures. Users engage with third-party providers at their own risk.

b. Affiliated Businesses
We may share data across affiliated businesses owned by Champs Only LLC or its principals to maintain existing memberships, deliver services, or provide related offerings. This includes the possibility that data may be shared with sister communities or products operated by the same ownership.
c. Legal Compliance and Protection
We may disclose personal information if required by law, court order, subpoena, regulatory request, government investigation, or in response to a credible threat to safety, fraud, or unauthorized access. We may also disclose information to enforce our Terms, protect our rights and property, defend against legal claims, or protect the safety of users or the public.
d. Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy of Champs Only LLC, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, successor, or trustee to ensure continuity of services. Users may opt out of future communications from the acquiring entity following such transfer per the acquirer's privacy policy.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and pursue legitimate business interests. Specific retention periods vary by data category and are not guaranteed. Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically result in deletion of all personal data.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable, industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the personal information we collect. However, no system is completely secure, and we make no warranties regarding the absolute security of any data transmitted to or stored by Asymmetric or its service providers. Users acknowledge that they provide personal information at their own risk.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will provide notice to the extent and within the timeframes required by applicable law.
6. Your Rights and Choices
a. Email Opt-Out
You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email. Even after unsubscribing from marketing communications, you may continue to receive essential transactional, billing, or administrative messages. To stop receiving all promotional communications, including those from additional Asymmetric-affiliated email lists, you must unsubscribe separately from each list.
b. Access, Correction, and Deletion
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at asymmetricadmin@gmail.com. We will review and respond to your request within the timeframes required by applicable law. We may decline requests where retention is required by law, contract, or legitimate business interest, or where the request would impair our ability to fulfill ongoing obligations.
c. State-Specific Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Florida, and others) may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. d. Cookies and Tracking
You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain features of our Site. We honor industry-standard “Do Not Track” signals only where required by applicable law.
7. Children's Privacy
Asymmetric services are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and older. By using any Asymmetric service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it. Asymmetric is not responsible for false age representations made by users.
8. International Users
Asymmetric services are operated from the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you consent to such transfer.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. The “Effective Date” line at the top of this Policy will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of Asymmetric services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
