PLEASE READ THIS RISK DISCLAIMER CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY ASYMMETRIC SERVICE OR PARTICIPATING IN PREDICTION MARKETS, EVENT CONTRACTS, OR ANY RELATED FINANCIAL ACTIVITY. BY ACCESSING ASYMMETRIC, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THIS DISCLAIMER IN ITS ENTIRETY.

1. No Investment, Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

Asymmetric is an educational and informational community focused on prediction markets and event contracts. Nothing provided by Asymmetric, including but not limited to market analyses, trade ideas, position disclosures, arbitrage discussions, scanners, Vault interviews, live streams, training materials, or member discussions, constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice. Asymmetric is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, commodity pool operator, futures commission merchant, or financial planner with the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA, or any other regulatory authority.

Any market analysis, trade idea, or position disclosure shared by Asymmetric founders, employees, contractors, or guest interviewees represents that individual's personal opinion and personal trading activity at the time of posting. 3. No Guarantee of Profit, Outcome, or Continued Access

Asymmetric makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind regarding:

  • Profitability, success rate, win rate, or financial outcomes.
  • Accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or reliability of any market analysis, trade idea, or content.
  • Continued access to Kalshi, Polymarket, Polygun, or any other third-party prediction market platform or trading tool.
  • The ability of any user to replicate the results posted by other members or by Asymmetric founders, employees, contractors, or guest interviewees.
  • The continued availability of any Asymmetric Tool, scanner, channel, feature, or service.

Self-reported wins, screenshots, and member success stories shared in the Asymmetric community are unverified, may be selectively presented, and are not representative of typical results.

4. Regulatory Risks

Prediction markets, event contracts, and similar financial instruments are subject to evolving and varying regulatory frameworks. Risks include but are not limited to:

  • Changes in federal, state, or local laws that may restrict, prohibit, or alter the legality of certain markets, contracts, or activities.
  • Enforcement actions by the CFTC, SEC, state regulators, or other governmental bodies.
  • Platform restrictions in certain U.S. states or countries, which may render markets inaccessible to certain users.
  • Account freezes, deposit holds, withdrawal restrictions, or termination by third-party platforms based on regulatory or platform-specific reasons.
  • Tax obligations associated with prediction market activity, which vary by jurisdiction and individual circumstance.

Users are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in prediction markets is lawful in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable tax and regulatory obligations.

5. Third-Party Platform and Tool Risks

Asymmetric is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Kalshi, Polymarket, Manifold Markets, PredictIt, Polygun, or any other prediction market platform or trading tool unless explicitly stated. Polygun (https://polygun.xyz/) is a third-party copy-trading platform that is not owned, operated, or controlled by Champs Only LLC. Asymmetric is an affiliate of Polygun and may earn a commission when users sign up via a tracked link, as disclosed in Section 5 of the Terms of Service.

Users execute all trades through their own accounts on third-party platforms. Asymmetric does not control these platforms and bears no responsibility for:

  • Platform downtime, technical errors, or trade execution failures.
  • Account freezes, suspensions, or terminations.
  • Deposit, withdrawal, or fund-transfer issues.
  • Platform fees, spreads, or pricing.
  • Changes to platform terms of service or available markets.
  • Loss of funds due to platform insolvency, hacking, regulatory action, or other events.
  • Performance, accuracy, security, or financial outcomes of copy-trading platforms including Polygun.

6. Reliance on Information at Your Own Risk

Any decision to trade, copy a trade, follow a market analysis, or take any financial action based on Asymmetric Content is made entirely at the user's own risk and discretion. Users must conduct their own research and due diligence before making any financial decision. Asymmetric expressly disclaims responsibility for any financial outcome arising from a user's reliance on Content.

Information shared in the community, by other members, by guests, or by Asymmetric staff may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Markets move fast, and a position that was profitable when posted may not be profitable when a user attempts to enter the position. Asymmetric is not liable for changes in market conditions, slippage, or any other factor that may render Content less actionable than at the time of posting.

7. Personal Responsibility

By participating in Asymmetric, users affirm that they:

  • Are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts.
  • Have the legal capacity and jurisdiction to participate in prediction markets and event contracts.
  • Understand the risks of speculative financial activity and accept full responsibility for all outcomes.
  • Are not relying on Asymmetric for personalized financial, tax, or legal advice.
  • Will consult qualified independent advisers before making material financial decisions.
  • Are not in a financially or emotionally distressed state that could impair their judgment in trading decisions.

8. Acknowledgment

By accessing or using any Asymmetric service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Risk Disclaimer in its entirety, in addition to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cancellation/Refund/Chargeback Policy, and DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of all Asymmetric services.
